The CICT Grade Portal is designed to give students, faculty, and administrators a single place to review academic records, monitor progress, and manage core academic workflows for the BSIT program.
By centralizing grades, subject loads, schedules, and profile information, the portal aims to make key academic data easier to access so that students and faculty can respond early to grade or enrollment risks.
The portal serves the College of Information and Communications Technology (CICT) at the Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology, Dingle Campus.
Data Privacy & Security
All student and faculty data is handled with strict confidentiality. The portal uses Supabase-backed authentication with role-based access, ensuring that academic records are only visible to authorized users.
New account registrations require admin approval before access is granted, and account activities are tracked via an audit trail for transparency and accountability.
