Academic Performance
BSIT students must demonstrate consistent academic improvement. Failure to satisfy these standards may result in academic probation or programmatic transfer.
Course Failures
Failing three or more Major or General Education courses in one semester may lead to transfer advisement.
GWA Requirement
Standard: 3.00 or better per semester.
Academic Probation
A warning period designed to provide students with the necessary support and guidance to improve their academic standing.

Academic Dismissal
Violation of academic policies while on probation leads to a recommendation for dismissal or enrollment in other programs.
Re-enrollment (LOA)
Students returning from Leave of Absence must satisfy all return prerequisites as evaluated by the Program Chair.
